My Story

Hello! I'm Renee Castillo, a NASM-certified personal trainer. My fitness journey, which began in my early 20s, took on new meaning in my 50s when I faced the challenge of age-related changes in my body. Rejecting the notion that decline is inevitable, I researched and applied strategies that led to significant improvements in my own health and fitness. This included learning about macros, consistent exercise, and working with a coach.

The transformative results I experienced inspired me to empower others. I became a personal trainer and nutrition coach to share the message that vibrant health is achievable at any age. I'm here to guide you to look and feel your best, with consistency, patience, and personalized support.
